Licensed Agency Foster Home for Adults(Sunset Haven)
We provide services to individuals under the community supports and residential habilitation services. In the first of its kind in the region and the second in the state, the AFHA gives people who require nursing home level of care an option to live in a homelike setting in the community. Trained staff support residents 24/7 overseen by a Registered Nurse. A handicap accessible van is present at the facility to help with community integration.

20th Oasis is a pioneering agency foster home for adults located in Bismarck. Our program offers a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals who require nursing home-level care but prefer to live in a homelike setting within the community. Our dedicated team of trained staff members provides 24/7 support to the residents, ensuring their well-being and safety. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, our staff members are equipped to deliver personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each resident. One of our core priorities is promoting community integration and enhancing residents’ quality of life. To facilitate this, we provide a handicap accessible van that allows for easy transportation and participation in community activities.
